QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Italian IMR gravity die casting and automatic core blowing machine ensures fine faucet bodies with a smooth surface and high density of brass.
- Automatic multifunctional CNC Lathe machine and surface milling machine with 4 axis powerhead ensures fast, precise and accurate machining, tapping, drilling and cuts perfectly by applying programming processes.
- Environmentally friendly polishing machine with automatic dust collecting function guarantees a perfect finish on every product without polluting nature.
- Water seal tester, air leakage tester machines and inside shell cleaning machines are used to assure the quality before delivery.
- Different types of equipment and process are used for life cycle testing of faucets and other components including salt spray tests like; ASS, NSS etc.
- Remac ensures the element analysis and physical performance testing of various kinds of raw materials by the Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer which scrutinize 26 elements from the brass such as Cu (Copper), Pb (Lead), Fe (Iron), Zn (Zinc), Sn, Al, Ni, Mn, Si, As, Bi, Ag, Cd, Cr, Sb, Co, Mg, P, S, Ti, V, MO, Nb, Zr, W, Hg.
